Place An Order
To place an order, choose the product store area that interest you. Select your items. Once you have selected the items you want from the drop-down or on expanded view of the item, you will be taken to the order page. Fill in the quantity and click the check out button. Fill in the order form and click place order button. You will receive confirmation via e-mail moments later. Please don't send the same order more than once, you will be charged automatically for each order. If your concerned you're order did not go through, e-mail us. Can't find what you're looking for?
Please feel free to e-mail or call us about a specific item. We will do our best to locate it for you. Orders are processed Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST. Please note all Orders received after 4:00 PST will be filled the next business day. All orders that have one-day ship request, must be in by 10:00 AM PST

Cancellations

Returns
Restocking fees are 20% of purchase plus shipping and handling.
You have 14 days to return
any unopened items in their original package from the date of purchase. You will be credited the full amount less any shipping charges and restocking fees. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Damages
You must return any damaged or defective merchandise upon receipt.
If it is a manufacture defect or is damaged in shipping, we will

Samples
At Napa Knobs, we realize that sometimes you need to be able to touch and hold a product to know if it is what you want. Feel
free to order a few different pieces to examine. All regular pricing and shipping fees apply for samples. The advantage you
have in ordering a sample is if it is not what you wanted after all, you now only have one instead of the whole amount you needed, which reduces your cost. Ask about our policy of applying the cost of your samples toward your purchase.

Shipping and Handling
Average shipping time is 3 - 10 days, by UPS Ground Residential. All orders are subject to a 48 hour lead time in leaving the warehouse. California Overnight, Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air and 3RD Day
Select are subject to availability of product and location of warehouse it is shipping from. Note California Overnight is not a 'guaranteed' service of next day, it is an expedited service. In most cases it will arrive the next business day. You can choose them on your order form.
For Same Day Shipping, orders must be processed by Napa Knobs by
10:00 AM PST. If your items are heavier than shipping cost are estimated at, you will be notified of extra charge before your order is placed. Excessive weight orders are shipped by truck. We ship only in the United States. 2nd day air is required on all orders to Hawaii or Alaska. Hawaii and Alaska incur extra shipping charges. You will be notified of these as soon as your order is processed. Free shipping is available for large quanity orders. Inquire!
